Jan has emceed the Swapping Grounds, National Storytelling Festival, Jones- borough, TN., and the Smoky Mountain Storytelling Festival, Pigeon Forge, TN.

Janice's stories were published as a book, and as a featured column for "Vintage Journal". Two plays were produced and presented. Guideposts featured her story in hardcover, Best Loved Stories 1997.
